This place is a solid 4.. possibly 4.5 stars. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the girl couldn't figure out how to put the order in... so I ended up doing it myself online. Still she was very friendly. The crew here look like they work together very well. They're fast and efficient. Oh.. lastly, my pie came out a bit thin. I've had Papa Johns in the past, and I've never gotten a pizza that was close to paper thin. Too thin to eat without folding it.. this was odd to me.

Ordered last night for an impromptu family gathering. Within 60 seconds of my order going through using the app, I was called directly from the store and a friendly female staff member informed me that they were out of one of my selected toppings. An alternate topping was selected, the young lady apologized again for the inconvenience and my daughter headed to the store to pick up our pizzas. Order of 6 pizzas with 10 various topping arrangements were made quickly and correctly. Our usual PJ's location has closed so we will definitely be using this one again!

I just had the best pizza ever! And there cheese knots were awesome!!! They come with pepperoni and sauage and peppers and cheese and side of sauce and they were delicious!!! Our pizza was delivered very quickly and was very hot. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I want to try there boneless wings. Can't wait to order again!!!!

I'm giving this location a 5 star only because of the level of service I received when I picked up my order. The poor young guy l, trying to run the ENTIRE STORE ALONE SINCE 9AM, was doing an exceptional job of keeping it together!!!! Where is his help??? I much prefer the Kent Island location as their food and service are ALWAYS right on point. Unfortunately, due to traffic issues on a Sunday and my work location, it was closer to go to here.. I order 3 pizzas. With the exception of the works, the others were very good. The works pizza was very sparsely covered with toppings, definitely not compared to KI. The crust also seemed a little under baked? The boneless wings are not that bad, just the quality of the actual chicken is poor. The boneless wings are essentially chicken nuggets/bites tossed in a flavor. The cheesy bread and bread sticks were s hit. Although I've seen many reviews, give the plain bread sticks a bad review, they have always been my families favorite. Dunked in their marinara sauce - super yummy per the family!! I highly recommend using their app. They have greats deals and you can never go wrong with the $6.99 deal for 2+ items!!! . I will say, I was rather upset to see that this location charges $3 to upgrade to a large pizza but KI location only charges $1 for same upgrade??? That's crazy. I hope that the Management actually looks at these reviews. Although I'm sorry to say I didget his name, the STELLAR GUY deserves a lot more than just help. He deserves a bonus for yesterday 8/4!! I'm it weren't for him, the store would have not have been open costing them customers and money!!!

Was a fan of PJ's pizzas back in India. Not disappointed here either. Pizzas - delish. Chicken nuggets - good. Especially with that dipping sauce. Bread sticks - not so much. Chewy and flavorless. But I will go back for their pizzas for sure.

I decided to stop at Papa John’s in Middletown to get the Shaq pizza or they call it Shaq a Toni. The service was good. The personnel was very courteous and helpful. The pepperoni pizza was very delicious .

I usually run over to grab some lunch when I have a taste for pizza! $6.99 for a personal pizza and soda.(I got a water bottle) The staff was friendly too!

This is a real human here - not some spam bot (leaving bad reviews). Straight up - best pizzas I've had anywhere in the US. *** Consistently. Have never left a review in my life - but the quality of my past orders, and seeing a bunch of Trolls leaving negative reviews, has prompted me to leave one. This particular location works magic in their little 700sf of a work shop! I'd honestly rate these guys an A to A+.
